În cadrul activității mele de coach și consultant, întâlnesc o mulțime de oameni. Și ei îmi spun o mulțime de povești/istorii legate de munca și de viața lor personală. Și toate aceste povești/istorii m-au învățat un lucru important: Oamenii sunt foarte agili. Chiar şi atunci când viaţa nu este atât de ”dulce” pentru ei. Nu am întâlnit niciodată o persoană care să fi avut o viaţă perfectă. Întotdeauna au existat atât suișuri, cât și coborâșuri și, uneori, coborâșurile au fost foarte grele. Și cei mai mulți oameni, atunci când privesc inapoi, spun: "Dar trebuie sa faci ceva, viața merge înainte".

During my work as coach and consultant, I meet a lot of people. And they tell me a lot of stories regarding their work and personal life. And all those stories taught me an important thing: People are very agile. Even when life is not so ‘sweet’ for them. I never met a person who had a perfect life. Always there were ups and downs and sometimes those downs were heavy. And most of them, when they look back, they say: ‘But you have to do something, life is going on’.
