Today we had a meeting with Alex Gavan. Alex is in Romania well known for his passion and drive to climb all the summits above 8000 meters in the world. He uses his climbing experience also in speeches he is having with major multi-nationals and NGO's in Romania. In those speeches he emphasizes the importance of leadership and strategy. Just as we do in our worshops. In this meeting we exchanged our thoughts and knowledge regarding leadership. We also decided that we would talk much more about mutual projects and developing new projects. We will take our time to come up with a really new and challenging approach on this topic. But first he will climb wit a management team from Romania the Kilimanjaro in August.
