Bonuses, in this article, I mean bonus in money, is meant to increase the motivation. And an increased motivation increases the performance. But is that really the case? When people receive a bonus, two variables are important: When you receive it and how much you receive.  And these variables are also connected with each other. Let’s have a closer look to these two variables.

Bonusurile, în acest articol, înseamnă bonusuri în bani, care sunt menite să sporească motivația. Și o motivație sporită crește performanța. Dar chiar este cazul? Când oamenii primesc un bonus, două variabile sunt importante: CÂND îl primesc și CÂT primesc. Și aceste variabile sunt legate între ele. Leadership-ul este în totalitate despre relații. În calitate de lider, nu este nevoie să te întrebi dacă relaționezi cu angajații, întrebarea ce se impune se referă la calitatea acestor relații. Și, în general vorbind, femeile sunt mai bune decât bărbații în gestionarea relațiilor. Bărbații sunt mai buni în ceea ce privește conținutul subiectului.
